Traditional Karate Class

"I invite you for the opportunity to train in traditional In-Shin-Ryu Karate. Through study and training you learn mastery of your body, heart, and mind. You will gain courage, strength, and skill.  Benefits of Is-Shin-Ryu Karate are self defense, self confidence, balance, speed, faster hand-eye-coordination, weapons training, breath control, meditation, and expert fighting skills."

Adult Class

Ages 12 and older

** class is held TWICE per week. **

Monday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30

Youth Class

Ages 5-11

** class is held TWICE per week

Monday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00

Age 4 and Under classes offered in 45 minute sessions -
